Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Legal & Contract Specialist to join our team in Borivali. In this role, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our company's interests by vetting and negotiating contracts with both customers and vendors. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations set forth by the Registrar of Companies (ROC).

Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and negotiate contracts with customers and vendors.
• Possess a strong understanding of contract law principles and be able to identify potential contractual issues.
• Negotiate effectively with legal teams on the other side, advocating for companys' interests while maintaining positive relationships.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from initial negotiation to final execution.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ROC compliances and advise on adherence to regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents as needed.
• Stay updated on legal developments impacting the company's industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related field (CS qualification a plus).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a legal or contract management role.
• Proven ability to review, analyze, and negotiate complex contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and commercial awareness.
