Responsibilities
1. Prepare and issue invoices to clients and customers in a timely manner.
2. Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and ensure all data is entered correctly into tally.
3. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
4. Resolve billing discrepancies and issues by communicating with clients and internal departments.
5. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing and revenue.
6. Update and maintain billing systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualification required would be- graduate (preferably from commerce or finance background).
