Job Title: Accountant

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Tally software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries using Tally.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy in accounting records.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Address queries related to accounts and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP9/Prime is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
