Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Nashik
Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant field sales experience
Responsibilities:
- Travel extensively for on-field sales activities, including visiting industries and potential clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry visits.
- Nurture leads to closure through effective follow-up and relationship building.
- Achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to the management on market trends and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in field sales, preferably in industrial sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 12 days in a month).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
