Job Purpose:

  1. ·Telesales Executive should handle Inbound and Outbound calls from B2C/Direct Customers for Cordelia.
  2. ·The Telesales Executive is accountable for the delivery of high-quality professional services in accordance with the Mission, Core values, and achieve the set sales Targets.
  3. ·Domestic Sales; Focus on PAN Indian Markets.



Essential Functions:

  1. The Telesales Executive performs the following Essential Functions:
  2. ·Promote products and services over the phone & counsels the customer to choose their dream vacation.
  3. ·Follow up with prospects via email and phone.
  4. ·Maintain a high degree of product knowledge and service expertise.
  5. ·Promote and enhance company reputation by providing professional and effective assistance.
  6. ·Outbound lead follow-up.
  7. ·Answer all incoming phone calls.
  8. ·Contact current customer base on current marketing offers.
  9. ·Place calls to customers for the purpose of actively promoting products and services.
  10. ·Effectively communicate (verbally and written) information with team members and customers.
  11. ·Attain the service levels set by your Team Leader & adhere to set policies and protocols & is flexible to take up new challenges set by the organization.
