Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends in the Real Estate Domain, customer needs, and
• competitor research.
• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.

Product Development:

• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including concept development, design, testing, and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Project Management:

• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful product launches.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback.
• Track and report on product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Customer Focus:

• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
• Ensure products deliver exceptional user experiences and solve key customer pain points.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of product management experience, in the real estate industry or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully launching/assisting and managing products.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and technology trends.
• Proficient in product management tools and software (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
