6. Analyze, develop & execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
7. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
8. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
9. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
10. Work closely with the marketing and content team to develop effective sales collateral
11. Participate in industry events and build a strong network
12. Identify talents, train and help the team succeed by achieving the sales target Lead the team by being an example
