Position Overview:
Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Remote (Pan India)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment vendors, handling negotiation and performance evaluation.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic insights into the recruitment process.
Leverage various sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates across diverse roles.
Collaborate on recruitment strategies to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring timelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Fresher - 1 year.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Vendor Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and negotiating with recruitment agencies and vendors.
Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and vendors.
Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with both vendors and candidates.
