Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Bi Paints. As an Industrial Coatings & Paints Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in the industrial sector. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial coatings and paints sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial coatings and paints
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets and increase market share in the industrial coatings and paints sector
• Identify and qualify potential customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and actively participate in sales meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and marketing departments, to support customers' requirements
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Bi Paints' products and services
