Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Graphics Designer to join our team at Bi Paints. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging graphics for our marketing materials, website, social media platforms, and other digital and print channels. This is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India, with a junior level requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDraw
• Working knowledge of CSS and Figma
• Ability to create original, visually appealing designs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of creative design principles and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Portfolio showcasing previous design projects

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and eye-catching designs for marketing materials, website, social media, and other digital and print channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines and objectives
• Produce high-quality graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, and other design software
• Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet the project requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in graphic design
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide design support for various projects
• Contribute to the overall creative process by brainstorming and presenting innovative ideas
• Maintain a strong understanding of the brand identity and ensure consistency across all visual elements
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
