Job Overview

Biosthira Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to have hands on experience in product design, development and testing etc. Project is related to waste management and contribute to the development of sustainable solutions, ideally suited for candidates who would like to pursue higher studies abroad. This is a full-time internship position with a duration of 6 months with the offer for permanent placement on successful completion. The internship is located in Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or related field
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Strong knowledge of SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD for designing mechanical systems
• Experience with ANSYS or other simulation software is a plus
• Ability to create accurate technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of arc welding and fabrication techniques
• Familiarity with testing procedures and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Self-motivated socially oriented and eager to learn

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components for waste management solutions
• Collaborate with the engineering team to create detailed technical drawings and specifications
• Conduct research and perform analysis to support product development
• Assist in testing and evaluating the performance of mechanical systems
• Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues
