Job Overview

Biosthira Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects related to waste management and contribute to the development of sustainable solutions. This is a full-time internship position with a duration of 6 months. The internship is located in Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Strong knowledge of SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD for designing mechanical systems
• Experience with ANSYS or other simulation software is a plus
• Ability to create accurate technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of arc welding and fabrication techniques
• Familiarity with testing procedures and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Self-motivated socially oriented and eager to learn

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components for waste management solutions
• Collaborate with the engineering team to create detailed technical drawings and specifications
• Conduct research and perform analysis to support product development
• Assist in testing and evaluating the performance of mechanical systems
• Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure project success and safety
