What are we looking for
As a Employee Benefits Insurance Specialist at BimaKavach, you will be responsible for growing Employee Benefits premiums. You will work closely with clients, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure high conversions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative Sales for Employee Benefits Insurance: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' health insurance requirements. Offer tailored insurance solutions and personalized advice emphasizing the benefits of our group health insurance products and value add services of BimaKavach.
- Relationship Building: Nurture strong, long-term client relationships for loyalty and retention with clients as well as the insurers. Provide excellent support via web chats, emails, and social media platforms.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Align sales strategies with marketing campaigns, relationship managers and work closely with them to optimize conversions of fresh and cross sales.
- Placement & negotiation: Raise requests to insurers to provide competitive quotes and engage in negotiations for final closures.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies throughout the sales process.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales performance, pipeline status, and customer feedback reports to the management team for informed decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years Proven experience as a sales specialist preferably in Employee Benefits Insurance field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
