- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events
- Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and arranging interviews with shortlisted candidates
