Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Bigyellowfish Technologies. As a Senior BA, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Employee Engagement and Behavioural Risk Management platform. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into actionable insights and solutions. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and we are looking for candidates with 4 to 6 years of experience in product development and business analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in product development and business analysis
• Strong knowledge of software as a service (SaaS) industry
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration capabilities
• Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications
• Participate in sprint planning and ensure timely delivery of requirements
• Conduct user research and analysis to identify pain points and propose solutions
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation
