As a Junior Product Designer, the role involves playing a key part in the design team, contributing to the creation of user-centric products that are functionally effective and in line with the product vision. This position requires close collaboration with senior designers, product managers, and engineers to bring ideas to life, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist senior designers in developing design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create and iterate on user interfaces, icons, and graphics that align with brand guidelines.
• Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather user feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years of experience in product design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, highlighting your ability to create user-centric designs.
• Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles and interaction design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
