Job Overview

We are hiring a Client Success Executive to join our team at Bigyellowfish Technologies. As a Client Success Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. You will work closely with our client base to understand their needs, provide technical support, and offer solutions to maximize their experience with our platform. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer success or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in using project management tools
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Familiarity with business-to-business (B2B) background
  • Passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tool (any). 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our platform
  • Provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot and resolve any issues they may encounter from the pilot phase itself.
  • Understand client needs and offer customized solutions to maximize their experience with our platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to generate business growth
  • Conduct regular check-ins and trainings with clients to ensure adoption and success
  • Proactively identify and address client concerns or challenges
  • Gather client feedback and communicate insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to guide clients in achieving their goals
  • Daily review and internal reporting of product usage, client-wise through admin dashboard setup
