Responsibilities :

·     End to end recruitment for Internal.

·     Responsible for sourcing candidates from different Social Media Plat from / Job Portal/Database etc.

·     Briefing the candidates about the job profile and company profile.

·     Lining up the shortlisted candidates for the interview.

·     Negotiating with candidates on salary part.

·     Documentation and Verification of Shortlisted candidates.

·     Preparing Offer letter.

·     Joining Formalities.

·     Induction and Training for New and Existing Employees.

·     Employee Engagement Activities.

·     In-house Event management  

·     Attendance & Leave Management  

·     Creating flyers and float it on social media.

·     Creating multiple job groups and pages and managing them

·     Maintaining the database.

·     Preparing daily reports(MIS).
