PROFILE:

1. Recruitment Consultant - End to end Process handling for recruitment life cycle for clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

BE/BTech/BSc/BCA or Any Graduate

EXPERTISE:

Interpersonal Skills, added if from consulting Background or have knowledge in Pharma, Sales, IT, Engineering and other trades.

COMPETENCIES:

Good in Communication skills, process orientation, persuasive skills, having the passion & zeal for the recruitment industry.

Responsibilities

· End to end recruitment for various companies

· Responsible for sourcing candidates from different Social Media Plat from / Job Portal/Database etc.

· Connecting with Clients’ technical team to understand requirement

· Briefing the candidates about the job profile and company profile

· Lining up the shortlisted candidates for the interview.

· Negotiating with candidates on salary part.

· Regular follow up with the candidates.

· Keeping updates of the candidates.

· Creating flyers and float it on social media.

· Creating multiple job groups and pages and managing them

· Maintaining the database.

· Preparing daily reports(MIS).
