Enterprise Sales Manager, Hyderabad
Requirements:
The right person will possess 5+ years of experience in account management/business
development in the tech/government Industry
Direct field & key account management experience in working with enterprise and government accounts in the territory
Would have consistently exceeded key performance metrics. A good knowledge of the customer segment is key to success.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives. Strong presentation
skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
Strong technical competencies in the areas of enterprise software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work
effectively across internal and external organizations.
Strong connections and the ability to influence at a CXO or senior level.
Strong connections within the Manufacturing and Retail segment
The ability to analyze customer needs and map them to a software solution that addresses those needs is going to be extremely desirable.
Ability to self-motivate, multi-task, and work independently or within a team.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Somebody who is a customer will not hesitate to call when they are in trouble or call you
because they love to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities:
Have a customer-first mentality.
Are excellent listeners and know how to ask effective follow-up questions.
Understand how to tell compelling stories that offer valuable and unique perspectives.
Have a track record of being closer.
Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales, and move many
transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline.
Operational responsibilities include accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales
forecasts that are done smoothly and effectively.
Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers, and support staff.
Introduce Redleaf's Solution to appropriate buyers within the Targeted geographical Market.
Have excellent time management and organizational skills.
Identify key decision-makers by performing research and using prospecting tools.
Perform client-need analysis and track their pain points to develop a reach-out strategy.
Appreciation and understanding of how businesses operate, being able to work and deal with situations, and managing C-level conversations.
Leverage the insight team, customer success team, and presales team.
Desired Qualification:
MBA (General Management/Marketing, Sales Business Management) with 5+ years of experience working in software, tech, FMCG, and pharmaceutical retail.
It would be preferred if the incumbent was handling a similar role.
Experience with government. clients in previous roles will be an added advantage, especially in central. offices in Hyderabad.
