• Develop an execution plan, including timelines, and resource allocation
• Data Migration: Plan and execute a robust data migration strategy
• S4/HANA Deployment: Ensure that requirements are met during and after the S/4HANA deployment.
• Implement role-based access controls and data protection measures.
