Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team at BigIdea Technology Solutions. As an HR team member, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll management, and employee onboarding. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. We are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience in HR. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Familiarity with payroll management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions
• Manage employee data and maintain accurate records in the HR information system
• Support payroll management by collecting and verifying timesheets, calculating wages, and addressing payroll-related queries
• Assist in employee offboarding by conducting exit interviews and completing necessary documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee queries and concerns, and provide guidance
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned
