Accountability
· Serving as a financial advisor to the MD & the company executives for strategic planning purposes.
· Overseeing all sides of accounting operations, including payables, receivables, payroll, and tax preparation.
· Developing appropriate tracking methods for revenue and expenses.
· Maintain executive responsibility for overall financial operations.
· Prepare necessary project financial reports which will aid the management in taking decision on new projects / investments.
· Be a part of the team to bring in the required expertise from financial stand point (ensuring positive cash flow of the project, back-to-back offers from sub vendors, coverage of the required Over Head & Margin etc.,) while bidding for prospective tenders.
· Lead annual budgeting process and finalize the same with management.
· Implement systems and controls to analyse cost control and profitability by business segment.
 · Conducting regular MIS meetings with the HODs of various business segments to ensure they understand the company’s performance through the required financial indicators.
· Analyse, reconcile, balance, and maintain accounting records and cash journals.
· Oversee the Company’s internal financial analysis division and work with external auditors to assure sufficient cashflow for marketing and operations, and help find resources for expansion.
· Ensuring strict statutory compliance.
· Reduction of financial cost.

· Locations covered: Pan India
· All India Accounts and Finance, Credit Control as per the directives of MD.
· To ensure the smooth process and procedure of accounts & finance.
· Team development consisting of 4 members.
