As a Digital Marketing Expert with 1-3 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand awareness, increase online visibility, and drive qualified traffic to our website. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure the successful execution of campaigns that align with our business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify target audiences and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to maximize ROI and reach campaign objectives.
- Implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to track performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and impactful content that aligns with digital marketing strategies.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads, automate campaigns, and track customer journeys.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, key findings, and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Expert with 3-5 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Solid understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.) and ability to derive insights from data.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
