Roles & Responsibilities

● Writing reusable, testable, and efficient server-side code that solve problems

● Building RESTful APIs

● Design and implementation of scalable, low-latency, high-availability, and performant

application/architecture

● Implementation of security and data protection measures

● Integration of data storage solutions (may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores,

etc.)

● Deploying and managing applications on the cloud

● Supervising less experienced team members.

Requirements

● 4 to 6 years of coding experience as a Java Backend developer

● Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS

● Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web

framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)

● Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code

● Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2,

Hibernate)

● Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

● Strong programming skills with the ability to think and solve scale driven

problems.
