Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager for our Pithapuram location. This mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Competence in budget management, balancing store expenses while maximizing profitability.
- Proficient in conflict resolution, effectively managing and resolving disputes among staff and customers.
- Analytical skills in data analysis and reporting to assess store performance and identify areas for improvement.
