Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Store Manager for our locations in Mandapeta and Pithapuram. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have essential skills in retail operations management, customer relationship management, and team leadership, to drive store sales and profitability.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in retail operations management to streamline store processes and enhance productivity.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management to nurture and grow the store's customer base.
- Hands-on experience with Point of Sale systems to ensure seamless transactions and efficient sales tracking.
- Expertise in inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and optimize order cycles.
- Proven team leadership skills to motivate staff, fostering a positive and engaged work environment.
- Ability to perform and interpret sales forecasting to set realistic targets and prepare for market demands.
- Knowledge in merchandising strategies to enhance product offerings and drive sales growth within the store.
- Experience in staff scheduling to ensure optimal workforce deployment and meeting peak customer demands.
