Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Store Manager for our locations in Mandapeta and Pithapuram. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have essential skills in retail operations management, customer relationship management, and team leadership, to drive store sales and profitability.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in retail operations management to streamline store processes and enhance productivity.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management to nurture and grow the store's customer base.
  • Hands-on experience with Point of Sale systems to ensure seamless transactions and efficient sales tracking.
  • Expertise in inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels, reduce shrinkage, and optimize order cycles.
  • Proven team leadership skills to motivate staff, fostering a positive and engaged work environment.
  • Ability to perform and interpret sales forecasting to set realistic targets and prepare for market demands.
  • Knowledge in merchandising strategies to enhance product offerings and drive sales growth within the store.
  • Experience in staff scheduling to ensure optimal workforce deployment and meeting peak customer demands.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all store operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and high standards of customer service.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing support and training as needed.
  • Implement effective inventory management practices to ensure stock availability and optimal store presentation.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data trends, and adjust tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Coordinate staff schedules to meet operational needs while optimizing labor costs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to better meet customer needs.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and conducive to a positive shopping experience.
