Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Visakhapatnam. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and leading store associates to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Leadership (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in leading and motivating retail teams to achieve business goals.
- Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Strong focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and building relationships.
- Inventory Management (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in managing stock levels, ordering, and replenishment processes.
- Sales Management: Ability to drive sales performance and analyze sales trends to optimize operations.
- Team Management: Expertise in recruiting, training, and developing a competent store team.
- Problem Solving: Skilled in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to improve store efficiency.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and employees.
- Visual Merchandising: Experience in creating attractive product displays to boost sales and enhance customer experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure effective and efficient management of all activities.
- Lead and mentor store staff to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement store policies and procedures to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan for replenishment to avoid stockouts and maintain optimal inventory.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to assess store performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the store's compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate visual merchandising activities to enhance the store's appeal and maximize sales opportunities.
