Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team at our Tirupati location. This is a full-time position, ideal for individuals passionate about connecting talent with opportunity. The ideal candidate will support our hiring needs, manage recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our new employees.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in recruitment processes and a strong understanding of candidate sourcing techniques and resources.
  • Solid interviewing and screening skills to evaluate candidates effectively and identify suitable matches for open positions.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition with the ability to attract and engage top talent via various channels.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and best practices in recruitment and onboarding to ensure procedural compliance.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills for managing offers and influencing candidates during hiring discussions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and provide updates on recruitment progress.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to streamline recruitment operations and documentation.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and understand hiring needs and vacancies.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess applicant suitability for positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Source candidates using platforms like job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Negotiate employment offers and facilitate discussions between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline and actively engage with potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and practices throughout the recruitment cycle.
