- Proven experience in talent acquisition with the ability to attract and engage top talent via various channels.
- Familiarity with HR policies and best practices in recruitment and onboarding to ensure procedural compliance.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills for managing offers and influencing candidates during hiring discussions.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to streamline recruitment operations and documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and understand hiring needs and vacancies.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess applicant suitability for positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Source candidates using platforms like job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Negotiate employment offers and facilitate discussions between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a talent pipeline and actively engage with potential candidates for future opportunities.
