Roles and Responsibilities

• Assisting event managers with pre-event planning and coordination
• Supporting the event team in on-site event execution
• Assisting with the setup and teardown of event spaces
• Managing event registration and attendee tracking
• Researching and proposing innovative event concepts and ideas
• Assisting with social media marketing and content creation
• Preparing event reports and post-event analysis
