BHSEL is seeking dedicated and skilled Assembly Technicians to join our production team. The ideal candidates will have experience in the Defense and Aerospace/or Engineering manufacturing industry, demonstrating a high level of precision and attention to detail in assembling complex components and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly Work: Assemble components and systems according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Process Adherence: Follow established assembly processes and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Tool Usage: Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for assembly tasks.
• Documentation: Accurately document assembly processes, inspections, and test results.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve assembly issues, collaborating with engineering and quality teams as needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes and efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or equivalent; (ITI-Fitter / Mechanical Diploma)technical certification or training in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly within the Defense and Aerospace manufacturing industry.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for assembly.
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment for assembly tasks.
• Attributes:
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
