Job Overview

The Production Technician role at BHSEL is a junior-level, full-time position based in Hyderabad. Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 1 to 3 years working in production or manufacturing environments, preferably within the defense or aerospace sector.
• Hands-on experience in production management (Mandatory skill), demonstrating ability to handle production schedules, workflows, and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in handling and operating assembly lines and familiarity with standard manufacturing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and ensure smooth operations.
• Keen observational skills to monitor production metrics and quickly identify and address any deviations or issues.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all components meet stringent quality controls and specifications.
