Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Tender Executive to join our team at Bhopal Motors Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in managing and coordinating the tendering process. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Job Summary: As a Tender Executive, you will play a crucial role in our organization's growth by managing the end-to-end tendering process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare, submit, and track tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Preparation: Prepare tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness.

Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights that can be used to improve tender submissions.

Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including sales, legal, finance, and technical teams, to gather required information and documentation.

Compliance: Ensure that all tender submissions adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, and guidelines.

Deadline Management: Track and manage tender deadlines, ensuring timely submissions.

Document Management: Maintain an organized database of tender documents, including past submissions and relevant templates.

Communication: Liaise with clients, partners, and government agencies as necessary to clarify tender requirements and address queries.

Quality Control: Review and proofread tender documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Reporting: Generate reports on tender activities, outcomes, and performance metrics as required.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in the tendering process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in tender management or a similar role.

Strong understanding of tendering processes and procedures.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of industry-specific tendering regulations and standards is a plus.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
