Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Bhopal Motors Pvt. Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive sales revenue and achieve business targets. This is a senior-level position, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in sales management. The job is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction equipment industry
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
