Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Parts Sales Officer/ Customer Fold Officer to join our team at Bhopal Motors Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for selling spare parts and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in parts sales or a related field. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in parts sales or a similar role
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Good knowledge of spare parts for earthmoving and construction equipment
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Sell spare parts to customers and meet the assigned sales targets
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right spare parts for their equipment
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims in a timely and professional manner
• Process spare parts orders and ensure accurate and on-time delivery
• Maintain proper inventory levels and update stock records
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of customer issues
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required
