Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Maintenance Manager to join our team at Bhavya Constructions Private Limited. The position is based in Hyderabad and is a full-time senior-level role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for overseeing facility maintenance, team leadership, and problem-solving initiatives related to our residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications and Skills

• Facility management experience (mandatory skill), with a proven track record of overseeing maintenance for commercial and residential properties.
• Team leadership abilities (mandatory skill), demonstrating successful management and coordination of maintenance staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills (mandatory skill), capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions quickly.
• Proficient in equipment maintenance, ensuring all machinery and equipment are functioning optimally.
• Expertise in preventive maintenance, planning and conducting scheduled maintenance to prevent equipment failure.
• Budget management skills, overseeing and optimizing the budget for maintenance operations.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and troubleshoot various mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly communicate with team members, management, and external contractors.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the maintenance of all residential and commercial properties under Bhavya Constructions Private Limited.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to enhance the longevity and performance of properties.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work as necessary.
• Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for future reference.
