Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring candidates for the Cosmetic Industry. The Recruiter will also be responsible for conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and building relationships with the sales team and candidates.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, and hiring candidates
- Experience working with various industries and a strong understanding of industry-specific hiring needs
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
