Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire tendering process on the GEM portal
• Prepare and submit bids on time in alignment with the requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information and documents
• Analyze market trends and prepare competitive bids
• Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable agreements
• Maintain accurate records of tender documents, correspondence, and contracts
• Ensure compliance with all government procurement guidelines and regulations
• Continuously monitor GEM portal updates and respond to opportunities promptly
