• Responsibilities:Manage and Optimize Product Listings: Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of product listings on Amazon, Purplle, Ajio, Nykaa, and other E-commerce platforms to enhance visibility and drive sales.
• E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to maximize product exposure, improve conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets.
• Content Management: Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and videos are utilized across all online channels to attract and engage customers.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Personal Care/Cosmetics industry. Utilize insights to refine product offerings and enhance competitiveness.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, sales velocity, and demand forecasts to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Performance Tracking: Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel and other relevant software to track and analyze key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the Personal Care/Cosmetic industry, focusing on e-commerce.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing product listings on major E-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
