6. Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, encompassing customer interactions, lead generation, and conversion rates, utilizing CRM software.
7. Participate enthusiastically in sales training programs and workshops to augment product knowledge and hone sales skills, with a specific emphasis on inside sales, cold calling, retail sales, appointment of retailers, and lead generation.
