Key Responsibilities:-

❖ Work closely with internal business partners to identify critical sourcing needs and fulfill them efficiently, collaborating with local, regional, and global stakeholders to assure a smooth operation.

❖ Strategic Sourcing and preparing the financial/ cost analysis.

❖ 100.00% responsible for the P2P process

❖ Timely execution of Orders/Contracts after effective negotiation.

❖ Arranging vendor visits/audits with QA / QC Team.

❖ Contribute to the profitability of the Company ensuring payments are made as per agreed between Internal & External Stakeholders to value the credibility of the Company.

❖ Annual Contract of top consumption product Globally.

❖ Strategic Purchase of commodity products.

❖ Spot Negotiation and annual Contract for Raw Material and Packing Material

❖ Monitoring of stock in days, price variance, commodity material,

❖ Vendor development, vendor identification, credit term increase project, new packing material introduction, transport negotiation, encouraging direct manufacturer
