PROJECT HEAD – WATERPROOFING DIVISION

A Project Head is a professional in charge should set up the team and run the new division at Kalliyath Group. He/she should manage the entire project division with keen attention.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Need strong experience in New Product Launch and Market Development for the new product.
• Strong market knowledge of existing and potential clients to ensure business   growth opportunities aligned to company’s strategic plans.
• Ensure that the project delivered on-time, within scope and within budget as per the management.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress for the new product.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Adequate experience and knowledge needed for the Channel Distribution and project handling.
• Report and escalate to management as needed. Also manage the MIS for the management.
• Perform risk management to minimize the risk related to the new product in the market.
• Establish and maintain relationships with the reputed dealers, distributors and major contractors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
