*Job Overview:* 

We are looking for a talented and experienced WhatsApp Bot Developer with strong expertise in API integration to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing WhatsApp bots that can automate various business processes, integrate with third-party APIs, and enhance the overall customer experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Design and develop WhatsApp bots to meet client requirements, focusing on user-friendly interfaces and seamless functionality.

- Integrate WhatsApp bots with third-party APIs, CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Shopify), and other platforms to automate processes such as sales, support, and notifications.

- Collaborate with the BotPe team to understand client needs and create customized bot solutions for various industries, including e-commerce, real estate, education, and more.

- Optimize and troubleshoot existing WhatsApp bot workflows to improve performance and user experience.

- Implement security best practices in bot development to protect user data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in WhatsApp automation and bot development.

- Provide technical support and maintenance for deployed WhatsApp bots, including updates and enhancements as needed.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration of WhatsApp solutions.

*Requirements:*

- Proven experience in developing WhatsApp bots using WhatsApp Business API and third-party platforms.

- Strong proficiency in API integration, with experience connecting WhatsApp bots to various CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and other software.

- Solid understanding of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or related technologies.

- Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.

- Familiarity with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and JSON.

- Knowledge of WhatsApp's terms of service and best practices for bot development.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Prior experience working with WhatsApp automation companies or in a similar role.

- Familiarity with WhatsApp Commerce, WhatsApp DRIP campaigns, and WhatsApp Marketing.

- Experience with chatbot frameworks such as Dialogflow, Twilio, or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API pricing models and messaging rules.
