Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and creative of Video Editing to lead our video editing department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in video production, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to oversee multiple projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the editing process for various types of video content including commercials, promotional videos, documentaries, and social media clips.

Collaborate with DOP, social media , and other stakeholders to ensure video content meets project objectives and quality standards.

Develop and implement editing workflows, processes, and best practices.

Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies to continually improve our video production capabilities.

Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality output.

Review and approve final edits, ensuring all content aligns with brand and messaging guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.

Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in video editing with a strong portfolio of work.

Extensive knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer, etc.

Experience managing a team of editors and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Strong creative vision and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a leadership role within a video production environment.

Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects.

Knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
