Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX

Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces

while also ensuring an exceptional user experience across our digital platforms. You will

collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business

requirements, translating them into engaging and user-friendly designs.

Responsibilities:

 Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications,

ensuring seamless navigation and user interaction.

 Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and

understand user requirements and business goals.

 Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and

enhance the user experience.

 Create wire-frames, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and

concepts.

 Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency

and scalability across platforms.

 Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

 Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to continuously improve

the user experience.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.

 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and

process.

 Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

 Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability

best practices.

 Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.

 Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate

design concepts and rationale.

 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

 Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
