Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Bharat Business Innovations Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of experience in social media management, a senior position level, and be based in Noida or Delhi. This is a full-time position that requires a strategic thinker capable of driving our social media presence to new heights.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager for at least 7 years.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Experience in Social Media Analytics (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in Social Media Advertising (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in Influencer Marketing (Mandatory skill).
• Skills in Content Creation including writing, editing, and visual content production.
• Ability to manage community engagement by interacting with followers and managing online communities.
• Solid Copywriting skills to create compelling social media posts and campaigns.
• Experience in Brand Management to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Strong Data Analysis skills to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
