Designation: SEO Manager/SEO Specialist

Job Description:

 Conduct keyword research/analysis to drive on-page optimizations – content, SEO

elements (title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, alt+text, etc).

 Conduct backlink and competitive research and come up with recommendations to

implement off-page SEO tactics to improve traffic as well as domain authority of the

website.

 Conduct competitor analysis and come up with recommendations to stay ahead of

competition.

 Regularly conduct technical SEO audits and address technical issues to improve website

speed and performance.

 Stay up to date on Google’s algorithm updates and suggest ways to stay ahead and

retain keyword rankings.

 Monitor, analyse and report organic search performance, keyword rankings, backlink

building progress, technical SEO performance.

 Write SEO-friendly elements & copy for pages & blogs.

 Work closely with the development team to implement all SEO plans on a day to day

basis.

 Create reports and plans on a monthly basis.

Required Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience working professionally in SEO with a demonstrated track record

of creating and implementing SEO strategies that significantly enhance organic search

results.

- Passionate about white hat SEO practices.

- In-depth experience of website audits, keyword research, backlink research & competitor

research using tools like Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.

- Extensive familiarity with search engine best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors &

techniques, as well as passion to stay abreast of news and trends in SEO.

- Deep knowledge of technical SEO best practices and optimizations.

- Extensive experience is reporting and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google

Search Console, Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar.

- Ability to write optimized content for landing pages & blogs (on-page as well as off-page).

- Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to present ideas across to large client teams.

- Knowledge of Wordpress and RankMathPro will be an added advantage.
