Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. This mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our talent acquisition team, focusing on sourcing and attracting the best talent in the technology industry. This is an opportunity to work remotely with a focus on optimizing recruitment processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in conducting complex Boolean searches to effectively find the best candidates for specialized roles (Boolean Search - Mandatory skill).
- Advanced knowledge and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for managing recruitment processes and pipeline (LinkedIn Recruiter - Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in conducting interviews and candidate assessments to identify and select top talent (Interviewing and Assessment - Mandatory skill).
- Worked on MSP and VMS in recruitment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage and streamline the recruitment process effectively.
- Ability to implement diversity recruiting strategies to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce within the organization.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment, able to interpret recruitment metrics to make informed hiring decisions.
- Strong candidate relationship management skills to maintain engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Innovative talent sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the company.
- Perform candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Hands on experience on Solution Architect, Technical Architect, DevOps, Business Analyst etc
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate and job data.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Analyze recruitment data and provide insights for improving recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
