Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard societies undergoing or planning the financial handover process from the builder/developer.
- Present our Financial Handover Audit services and explain the legal and financial importance of a detailed, independent audit:
- Verification of builder’s collection and expenditure
- Asset handover reconciliation
- Pending dues and advances tracking
- Identification of financial irregularities or non-compliance
- Leverage a strong network of builders, legal advisors, society consultants, and PMC firms to source high-value leads.
- Build and lead strategic sales pipelines targeting society MCs, RWA heads, and newly registered societies.
- Conduct presentations at AGMs, SGM meetings, and builder-society handover forums to pitch our audit & compliance expertise.
- Promote our firm’s full-suite of co-operative society services, including:
- Statutory Audits
- Income Tax and TDS Filings
- GST Compliance
- Financial Reporting & Advisory
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets while ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Guide and mentor junior sales team members, helping scale the practice across regions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales/business development, preferably with a CA firm, real estate consultancy, or compliance services company
- Strong understanding of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, society formation process, and builder-society audit requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to close high-ticket sales and build long-term client relationships
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Language skills: Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi preferred for dealing with committees and developers
Existing network with real estate developers, legal consultants, or society advisors is a major advantage
