About the Role:

Client is looking for an experienced Finance Manager with 8-10 years of experience and a Chartered Accountant (CA)

qualification to oversee and optimize our financial processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in mana

budgets, ensuring compliance, fostering banking relationships, and driving efficiency across all finance operat

while strategically aligning financial goals with business objective

Key Responsibilities:

● Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights

to stakeholders.

● Treasury Management: Ensure efficient cash flow management and optimize fund utilizat

● MIS Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to support strategic decision-makin

● Tax Returns & Audits: Manage tax filings, liaise with auditors, and ensure timely completion of audit

● Company Law & Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including corporate

governance standards.

● Banking Relationships: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with financial institution

● Finance Processes: Design, implement, and improve processes for operational efficienc

● Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial and operational risk

● Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

● Strategic Planning: Align financial operations with broader business strategies to support organization

growth.

● Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals to achieve organization

goals.

What We Are Looking For

● Educational Background: Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandator

● Experience:

8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

Technical Expertise: Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Orac

Corporate tax laws, GST, and other applicable tax frameworks.

Indian Companies Act and regulatory filings (MCA, RBI
